And the 2 day long process of reinstalling ALL my renderosity files.  I redownloaded Daz Studio and had access to every one of their files within an hour.  It is near suicidal for you to NOT address this issue.  Trust me I wont be buying anything from you untill you do, it just isnt worth the time and effort.
