Sometimes hardware drivers are released with bugs and the software blames the hardware when it's the software that is broken.
If you google search that phrase, you'll find it's not unique to Poser and it's not unique to you.
Anyway - can you disable GPU acceleration in Poser and/or osx and see if that helps?
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
