Unless you are using a merchant resource, there is no way of really hurrying the process unless you do one finger and copy/paste to the other three, and then do the thumb.  Then copy/paste to the other hand and flip the layer...  The best textures are made by hand, painted by hand and it's not a quick process.  I blend merchant resources, photo textures/brush textures and painting to not only the diffuse, but the bump and displacements as well.
