Do you have a subscription to 3d.sk?  They are the most reliable source of human resource photos.  If you aren't familiar with them, go to the site and look around.  Most of packages they sell have high quality hand texture photographs.  Also consider investing in an app that will create good quality bump, displacement, and normal maps.  These can go a long way to improving your texture.
