PhilC has Shoe Converter, although the compatibility list doesn't include Poser 2014 so you should ask Phil about that.

I also should mention that it didn't work very well for the project I wanted it for, but as Phil says it isn't a one-click solution. For roller boots, I'd be inclined to detach the mechanical bits and convert just the boots, then re-attach the wheels after suitable scaling and so on.
