I couldn't find much here. Search for "apron" and you get a lot of skimpy French maids. :) However, the Multi-morphing Hat for M3 at Daz should fix you up for hats for the men. It actually has an Amish morph. :) The PC club Sensibility Expansion 1 (there's a version for both Genesis and an older one for V4) includes a couple of bonnets and an apron that might work with different textures. I don't know if you actually need the required product "Sensibility" for it to work, though. There's a peasant dress over at RDNA for V4 that has long sleeves, though it is a bit curve-hugging. After that, you'd need suspenders, and Working Man  in Daz PC club has those, plus pants that might work well for men.
