Oh I know, Chrome is a nice browser (used it myself for a while some time back) but it's made by Google and that's why I don't use it anymore.  First of all it started messing around with my printer dialogue, totally taking over the default system version, then I found out it was only pretending to delete browser history.  That was the last straw, it was removed immediately and won't be finding itsef back on my system under any circumstances.

Sorry to hear of your problem with Firefox, it definitely sounds a bit dodgy to me though - lol
