I wouldn't call it a nonevent, it's something good when DAZ pays any attention to us carraraests, or does anything with carrara. But is as typical with DAZ the issues they are addressing are not the issues most carraraest have with C8.5; those few of us that actually bought and use it. I don't see any of the most common issues with C8.5 addressed, I don't see any fixes to content compatibility; which was what C8.5 was all about. What I do see is DAZ; yet again, trying to shove their captive customer system down my throat.
