Karl,
Open your rendered image in an image app (such as Photoshop, Gimp, there are a lot out there) and resize it there. It's actually a simple matter to do in these apps.
In Photoshop, open your image, go to "Images->image size" and set the height to the image size required by Renderosity, then if the width is not the exact size, use "images->canvas size" and set width to the correct width needed - (you can do it the opposite way resizing the width first and set the height last. Other app should have something similar. Hope that helps.
