Best technique is to fix shoulder manually.
1.) Study shoulder anatomy
2.) Study morphing techniques
3.) Get efficient
I think no off-the-shelve fix product can really stack convincingly with all the other individual morph add-ons floating around... no? Some vertices will always be off :)
Absolutely. Now that I'm getting better with the morphing brush, most things are dead easy to fix. And I've started to pay close attention to flesh collisions and so on. But I still use the complete Perfect Series for V4 (when I'm not using Genesis1/2) because it means I may only have to spend a few seconds on one thing, rather than on 30 things. :)
