I got Reality 4 today here at Renderosity, but can't use it yet. Before the install can finish, I have to input the License number, which I'm supposed to receive by a separate e-mail, and hours later I'm still waiting. Send and e-mail to Renderosity and to preta3d, no replies yet.

 

Paolo and company have been super responsive in the past, so have no fear that you'll hear from them.  I would imagine your request is in the mountain of other requests in front of them.  Frustrating I know, but hang in there.
