The files in the Data folder, which have the geometry and rigging and morphs, are in .dsf format - the .duf files are the user-facing files you see in the content panes. For some reason, either a bug or the way you have the content installed or the way you have your content directories set in C8.5 beta, the Data folder is not being found and so you have the same result as your would with a cr2 that couldn't find its OBJ file.
