A relative path should work (I assume the gibberish is absolute paths that the forum won't display). Otherwise content couldn't be used on different machines with different install locations. My interpretation of what you are seeing would be that it isn't able to correctly locate the parent folder for the Data folder, for one of the reasons in my previous post.
