Firstly - make sure you tick "Refresh Geometry Each Frame" when rendering the animation - so ensure the new rotations/positions of objects are loaded into Octane.
- the (additional) rotation of objects due to PointAt is not communicated to Octane (as the xyz-Rotate values in Poser don't change either). So the spot following the character will not communicate its rotation to Octane, and hence will not rotate the emitter in Octane. But also ... when I move an eyetarget through the scene, the eyes will follow ... in Poser, but not in Octane. I have to inverse-handle the PointAt, can do, but good to be aware.
I found "Point At" objects where rotated correctly in Octane - although you need to do Refresh if you move the source of the rotation. For example, select Andy's head, and Point At the main camera, and when you move the camera and refresh the Octane scene, Andys head is aligned correctly. I tried to Point At a spotlight to a figure, but then when I moved the figure, the light didn't move - so there might be an issue in Poser with this.
