Yes, they match. The only thing that looks different from other CR2s that I've looked at is the BODY actor:
actor BODY:2
{
storageOffset 0 0 0
geomHandlerGeom 13 BODY
}
And BODY does not appear in the obj. But obviously I have no idea whether that should be an issue at all.
