Just a note on "Buttons."

I haven't looked at the file, but on the subject of "buttons", at least as far as Poser dynamic cloth is concerned, they should never be welded/joined to the underlying object's actual geometry, as suggested above. (At least, inasmuch as I understand the reference to "welding." Including it in the same group isn't an issue, but connecting vertices is.) First, doing so may violate natural geometric law... :) Second, it's just not necessary with Poser's Cloth Room. Give them their own material name and, for dynamic clothing, classify them as "Rigid Decorations" or whatever classification is used there. (I don't deal with Poser's dynamics, much.) The buttons will then retain their original location, relative to the underlying geometry, even if that geometry deforms, and will not deform, themselves.

For conforming cloth, buttons included in the same group as the cloth are going to deform using Poser's standard joint system, but some of that can be mitigated a bit by making sure the buttons have denser geometry. They'll deform during extreme poses, but the deformations may not be extremely obvious. (They'll still be detectable, though.) Constructing them so that they resist deforming along the likely lines of rotation is a plus. But, it's usually not worth the effort to tweak them like that - They're just buttons and Poser conforming cloth isn't exactly "life-like", anyway. IIRC, there are some buttons, or "a" button, available on ShareCG. Alternatively, constructing a simple cylinder, giving it some subdivisions, raising an edge or two and, if desired, even drilling a couple of holes in it isn't a difficult thing to do.

PS - If you want some "buttons", let me know and I'll make some for you. Give me some reference pics for the sorts of buttons you want and I'll make one of each that you can use for whatever you wish. Also, let me know how heavy you want the geometry. ie: Whether it's for detailed, close-up, work or just normal rendering and such. (I might just make a few and plop them on ShareCG or here or something, anyway. They can be useful things to have around.)
