Pick up Pro 2014 on the next decent sale.  Beware of the Game Dev version.  It has a little hidden "gift" (all sarcasm intended).  One, it requires and internet connection as the app has to phone home every six months or it deactivates.

PP2014 with SR 5.1 isn't the same way?

According to the present information from Smith Micro no.  You need the serial number when you download and install Poser 10 or Poser 2014 and that is the end of the matter.  If you purchase the Game Dev version the extra features of that version, over and above those supplied in Poser 2014, need to be activated.  That I think was fairly well understood.  What has come as a shock to users is that is Game Dev then needs to 'Phone Home' so if you do not have your computer connected to the internet the Game Dev version will deactivate (six months appears to be the time frame) and need to be connected to the Internet to re-activate.  It is unclear as to whether all future version of Poser will go this was, hence my suggestion that buying 2014 might not be a bad idea.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
