I haven't modeled anything in a while, but I'll fire up wings and give it a try. Shouldn't be difficult, I've made a couple of different styles for my own use, but not pump oilers, those with the clicker bottom. Info, with the style of can, 1940's to mid 50's. Looks to be about a one pint, a common size then. I probably have one in the basement, I have more pump oilers than I could ever really need.
@markschum, the handle has two different curves, sharper at the bottom than the top, and generous room for the hand between handle and tank. Round the top of the tank a little more, the style you have would be more 1970's or 80's. They were usually painted, which usually didn't last long before it was worn of due to the actions of the oil on the paints. New, they probably had the name of the retailer on them, maker would be stamped into the bottom. Pick a name, there were a lot of them.
Off to wings I go. no guarantees, but I'll give it a try.
Doric.
