To clarify, base and morph packages should be in the same runtime folder regardless where that runtime is located.  This means that it does not need to be in the main runtime as the Poser executable.  Once all the figures are initialized, and IIRC, DIM does that automatically but I wouldn't swear on it, follow through on piersyf's recommendation.  You need to load each particular package, or individual morphs, for the appropriate dials to become populated.  Otherwise, package dials will be present but the individual dials will not.  As posted, you can save back a fully loaded cr2 (bigger file).
