I've had these calls before, I usually tell them to just **** off or I give the phone to "Ramesh" my good friend who just happens to know way more about computers than I do which gives me good practice honing in on my accents.

I'm sorry but I just don't understand how anyone can fall for that crap, it's just so random and out there that the second they say that they're from Microsoft it should set off a red flag in everyone's mind.
