I'm sorry this has happened to you bopperthijs. I get these kind of calls often and just string them along for a while to waste their time. I figure while I'm doing that they are leaving someone else alone. The latest one they tried on me is to tell me that they are from Microsoft and i'm due a refund even though I have never signed up for anything.

There are a lot of uploads on Y-Tube about these scammers, just warn all your family and friends.
