If you get a "Microsoft" call then remember these quick facts.

1. Microsoft will never call you about fixing your computer because they send all of their fixes through Windows Update.

2. Scams often involve high pressure tactics where they 1st. make you worry and 2nd insist that they can help you. They want to make you worry in order to shut down your logic so you don't think straight.  If they can get you focused on a fake problem then you aren't thinking about them.

3. Never trust anyone that contacts you with a solution or a problem that you didn't ask for or that you know nothing about.
