Thanks Boni, but don't care about poor shadows on the body (low resolution and low IC)

The trouble in on the entire body skin, color, slight gloss that there should be from the part of the light (right)

is certainly due to the fact that there are no direct lights, but probably I'm wrong all the settings of the skin, so the rendering has not posted any changes on the skin, just skin V4 high resolution.

Poser Pro 2014 SR 1 on Windows 7 64 bit
I use IDL, Gamma Correction and EZSkin for all final renders.
