Sorry - I don't understand this question. What trouble? You are using accurate lighting now - indoor light levels due to windows are usually 8 to 10 times lower than if you go outside. Therefore, your simulation using 1000% lighting (outside) is accurate. The sun in this case is doing nothing, since you didn't point it through the windows. Therefore all the light is indirect. Therefore you cannot rely on techniques that are ignoring indirect light, such as specular nodes. Your light is coming from glowing objects - therefore you must use reflection to reflect those glowing objects.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
