For reference: for those of you who are applying EZSkin via the EZMat addon you can activate a hidden tab containing the more esoteric EZSKin settings by activating the EZMat UI (by clicking on any one of the existing tabs) and pressing ALT and minus ('-') together in Windows, or whatever the equivalent is in MacOS. The same key combination will hide the screen again.
Cool. I felt because some things "seemed" missing I had to have both EZ plug-ins open at once. Nice tip ... thank you.
