My search foo here is crap but there IS a thread on cape rigging here somewhere. Teyon showed how to do a cape for a batman outfit.

 

That was for my Batman outfit. It involves weight mapping, and it's pretty simple. I was never able to do it because I only have Poser 9, and you need the pro version to weight map anything. I don't have a link to that thread any longer, but I believe if you search using the words masked vigilante, something might pop up.
