Hi Kristi, it's not the serial number I have that, it's when you go to register they ask for an order number AND the serial number.  In the meantime :)  I also emailed them and they said to use just any of my Renderosity order numbers and that would work :)

It just has come up because mine was a gift so no Renderosity order number to go with the serial number :)

Now we've all learned something new today LOL!  So if it comes up again, you all will know that any of our order numbers will do to go along with the serial number :)
