That's pretty much what I've done over at DAZ. Except I do post occasionally if I need to ask something and I do buy something if I really like it. Otherwise I rarely go there except to redownload a file.
I did the same at Daz, my account is live, well I think it is I have not logged in for three years. As to Renderosity they appear to be going through a hard patch, not entirely of their own making. The changes to the site and the forum were not well received and now there are a lot of people who have already left or are leaving and others are not contributing as much. The end result is that the Poser forum has certainly become less interesting. There are other problems that still exist some to do with browsers and other problems crop up from time to time, such as here were I have had to move to Goggle Chrome to get the quote button to work as it has suddenly stopped working in IE.
Add to the mix the fact that there was breach in the order process for around five weeks when a number of users had their credit card details stolen and it has not been a good time here for some users recently, me included. In fairness to Renderosity they did find the breach and came clean about it so credit to them for that but it really could not have happened at a worse time for Rendo.
I still come here on a regular basis as my post prove but i am finding less and less reason to do so as time goes on.
I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 - Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU . The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
