- Fire whomever is in currently charge of the website design, and hire a professional. The current designer is obviously NOT up to the task, nor do they seem to have any professional experience whatsoever. If this was some Joe Blow miscellaneous Poser fansite, this design would be acceptable. However, this is a professional, commercial website that generates plenty of money to afford a better web designer.
After following step 1, steps 2-99 will almost certainly be taken care of by said professional.
