You know, Boni, it does bother me just a bit that you, or any of the mods, for that matter, has to actually tell the programmer what the problems are. Shouldn't they already know?

In this case, as Glitter pointed out, they most likely already know after this long of a time with numerous threads on the subject. In any other instance, for clarification, not all bugs/issues are known immediately and don't crop up until someone does something specific that causes something to break. Hence bug reports. Sites can also go through a testing process, similar to alpha/beta testing for an app, but for a site that has unnecessarily used 2 different layouts depending on what page you're on, I'm not holding my breath on any sort of QA.
