Just be mindful of any copyright restrictions posted by either the sites or individuals; they might be okay for personal use but not okay for commercial distribution. 

It's still a hobby, I'd like to see if I could make a few $$ to offset what I've spent but not worried about it.  In short, there is a potential for commercial use.

A good reason to be mindful of copyright restrictions. Even if something is designated as a merchant resource, some venues where you might sell may also require you to declare if any portion of your model doesn't belong to you 100%. You might want to keep a custom read me with your source files, and document where you get things, just in case that happens.
