I agree. Taking potshots at the forum and Rosity, while cathartic, aren't doing anything to help rectify the problems that exist. Running away and hiding your head in the sand won't get anything done either. You're being offered an opportunity, at least, so if you don't take it then the next time you're looking for someone to blame  for nothing getting done, make sure you include yourself in that mix.

You are right of course but it has been many months now that people have been complaining and very little has changed.  If all you are doing is hitting your head against a brick wall you quickly come to the conclusion that all you are doing is getting a headache.  I do wish those individuals who are putting themselves out to try and get this all fixed the very best of luck.  Even more, I really hope that the powers that be really do not let them down after such efforts.

In my defence I have already stated the issues that I have found and many of the other issues have already been raised by others.  I do commend the Rendo Team for being up front about the fact that their systems were at fault and taking make sure such a breach does not happen again but, the credit card breach was the last straw for me.  I spend money on Poser for the fun and for relaxation I have not found visiting Rendo either fun or relaxing recently and, after spending a few hours on the phone with fraud departments, boy do I need to relax.  Oh and just in case people think I am overreacting try and imagine seeing your credit card with over £3000 on it that you did not spend and within two weeks another £2000+, relaxed is certainly not how I felt at the time.

I am sorry if people think that is taking a 'pot shot' from my end it is just a statement of fact.  I really do need to take a break from Rendo in general it ain't doing my health any good.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
