What version of Poser are you using?  What OS?  Where do you install your included content?  Find where Poser installed the included content.  Many times it's something to the effect of User>Roaming>appdata.  Once you locate it, find Runtime>libraries>Characters>People>SindeyG2.  By default, the Poser files install compressed.  You will see a z rather than a 2 at the end.  I don't know if newer versions of DS can read the compressed Poser files.  If you need to decompress them, use the Python script in the Utilities section of scripts drop down.
