What version of Poser are you using will be the first question you will be asked when you do get help. It's important to know that because the features of each version and how to go about getting what you want done vary from each version.

Secondly, have you checked on the Smith Micro website? There are an abundance of tutorials there that will show you how to achieve this. If you look at the top menu of Poser under the Help tab, there is a link there that will take you straight to the tutorials. They are all in video format and fairly easy to follow.
