They sure look good and will go perfectly on designs with Marvelous Designer's flat UV mapping.

I have quite a number of clothing items for Roxie and Antonia I would be happy to share, but then as you say many vendors do not allow redistribution unless worked, and yet the whole point of models with flat UV's and seamless textures is that they are made to be used without working them: simply cut the patterns from the tiled surface.
