markschum : cintiq or a intuos pro is for Artist.
don't think ya tablet is not ment for Artist.
so it's not you it's the tablet.

arrow1 : they sugest a cintiq or a intuos pro medium or better for zBrush.
a intuos n art pen might do if the pen has Pressure Levels: 2048,Tilt Sensitivity: ± 60° with a intous
a banboo doesn't have pressure or tilt so it's a mouse.
