Subject: Vue 2015 has been released

I've looked at the feature list a few times now. Wondering if I can justify buying it. No, I can't, I don't see anything that is worth the upgrade price asked. The majority of improvements have been made in the rendering department, otherwise it is kind of thin. There are few interesting new features. From what I understand if you don't use TPF or Photometric, the rendering improvement is quite minimal, it's by far not 20%. Maybe next year if they release something useful. I'm not playing lot's of money for a little more render speed and NPR rendering that has failed to impress me so far and I'll most likely never use. I do find the new release kind of disappointing, I expected way more, especially with the delay.

They did a survey a while back with people requesting what they would want to see in Vue and I don't see much of that back at all in this release. Shame, there were some cool suggestions there.
