Those ultra-wide monitors look cool, would be great with Cubase to have a really wide mixer, and to be able to see every bus simultaneously, very nice!

But while I've never actually sat in front of one of those things, I'm not sure I could get used to a curved screen.  I suppose they do it due to limitations in viewing angles, but still, the curve seems a bit gimmicky.  I'd want one a lot more if they used an led for each pixel so there'd be no viewing angle problem, and therefore no need to curve the screen to compensate.

Still, like I said though, I think they're very cool.
