Make sure there is only one copy of the V4 cr2 and one copy of the directory /Runtime/Libraries/!DAZ/Victoria 4/ in your Poser Library...

I have only two runtimes and have a copy of V4 in each.  I really only plan to use V4,2 in the second runtime. Should I delete V4 in the first runtime?I think that I also have M4 in both and morphs are now loading properly on him. 

Definitely!  Make sure that there is only one copy of the morphs  too; the morph packages for the Gen 4 figures need to all be in the same Runtime as the base figure.
There really should only be one copy of M4, too, but since he seems to be working properly I wouldn’t fool with him unless you have problems later.
