I am on the road, at the moment. But I will look around for solutions to your problem. I can't guarantee anything because a bad model is just a bad model and we're all out of pixie-dust. BUT, the issue is so commonplace in the "download uber awesome freebie here" markets that there's bound to be a solution, somewhere. My bet is that there would be either scripts or plugins available for popular, industry, 3D programs or stand-alones freebies/scripts that might be able to provide a workable solution for this model and others in the future. It's just a bet, though. :)

I've seen this prop before, just never downloaded it. Do you have a link so I can take a look at it?
