Subject: Those dang mixed up normals

thanks to Wanda for link ;-) I've just had a look in blender ~ the normals look ok but theres LOTS of tris and some really long thin ones on lid, I think there the main problem when rendering. To fix it properly would be quite a job, quick fix might be to remove the "fancy" bit and repair lid then bake out a displacement map for fancy or just use the fancy as an overlay but maybe get z fighting that way ~don't think you'll get a click click solution to this model
