If they tired to pull that shit here, I'd put some cash aside, go into town and take a group of homeless to a cafe and buy them the best I could afford.  In return they would grant me a photo of them sat in the cafe, raising their big finger, which would then be sent off to Gov.

It's my money, and if I want to but my friends a meal, I will do so - simple as that.  So you see, how not being a muppet you can easily tell these bastards what to do with their pathetic laws?  They're not "homeless", they're "friends" now, and like I said, I'll buy my "friends" as many meals as I like.  It's a technicality, one they'd have to swallow.  Those laws might exist in the UK, I don't know, but thankfully we passed that level of backwardness and abuse long ago, whereas the tossers running your circus are trying it on in modern-day America.

I'm not even going to waste my time looking into ancient history like that.  Such things are from a bygone time when babes wore armour-plated knickers and stuff like that.  A time when the government's favourite passtime (assfucking) would land you in a cell with big-bear - where you'd be subjected to more of the same passtime.
