To be honest, the new Iray stuff is really cool, and very comparable to cycles output.

That being said, mcjTeleblender is a script by Casual, found here: https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts4/mcjteleblender3

It basically exports your scene from Daz into Blender with a single click, after you set the appropriate settings.

Highly recommended if you are going from Daz to Blender.
