Just for info - Facebook does not own your images

If a rights owner believes that content on Facebook violates their rights, they may report it to us. Upon notice, we stand ready to respond including by removing the content from Facebook."
and from the Facebook TOS:
"You own all of the content and information you post on Facebook, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings."
