Yes, morphs work fine.  The only difference that I note is that tight fitting clothes such as tights or stockings sometimes have a bit of poke-thru at the joints in Poser.  Richard Haseltine says this is because the DSON Importer does not yet support Studio's Smoothing Modifier.  Using the Fit To feature of the Poser 10/+ morph brush fixes it for me if needed...
