It's under the figures menu in the pose room (actually it's in all rooms, I meant you just don't have to change rooms) and it's copy morphs from rather than to.

Have your morphed figure in the scene and the clothing you want to have the morphs. Select the clothing. figure> copy morphs from. (or object>copy morphs from if it's a prop) a window will pop up with a list of morphs to copy. select the ones you want. (I'm lazy and do them all. Shoes need a smile morph, right?) Then with the body of the clothing selected, in your properties tab, check the include morphs box. That should do it for you.
