There are a number of free products that come bundled with DAZ Studio. The Genesis base figure you have is in Genesis Starter Essentials, which you must have installed. The Genesis 2 base characters are in the Genesis 2 Starter Essentials product, which apparently you have not installed. You should be able to find it in your product library when you log onto the DAZ site.
