That sounds like the data directory, which contains the morphs, is in a content directory that is not mapped in Poser. (Most likely cause.) 

Note the data directory should be at the same level as "Runtime" in the content directory, and that Runtime must be mapped in Poser for morphs to work. 

If that is set up correctly, then the path of the Morphs within the Data Directory could also be the culprit.
