Ah ... for those interested.  Here is what I have discovered.  Pose and Shape are different tabs within DS and since Poser doesn't distinguish the "shapes" don't transfer to Poser.  That's fine.  As long as I know. 

In Poser they are all on the same Parameters tab, but they are all there.
