quietrob: I'm with you ... I really need a step-by-step guide on using DSON for the first time.  I have DS4.8 and PP2014 with DSON installed.  That's as far as I've got.  :) Anyone's help is greatly appreciated as I cannot find working links at DAZ.

I am working on a series of tutorials (step by step, with pictures) on bringing DS content into Poser - with DSON, without DSON, figures, props, hair, etc.  I am also covering how to bring order to that abortion that DS uses in place of a runtime. I can't give specifics until I get back from my mother's house (conducting annual "Harry Do" list), next weekend.

It isn't difficult to get DS content running as Poser native content (and dropping DSON altogether).  It is tedious, however - which is why I am developing a series of checklists.
